TOY APPEAL BY ST DAVID’S – CAPITAL FM SOUTH WALES, NOVEMBER/DECEMBER 2017

RULES

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Communicorp UK’s ("Communicorp UK") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/ apply to the Toy Appeal by St David’s radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from the 9th November – 22nd December 2017 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Capital FM South Wales.

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:

To enter the Competition an Entrant must:

Locate the Capital Street Stars at St David’s and make your gift donation at one of the two donation stations in either SD1 or SD2 from the 9th November – 22nd December. Receive a Capital Christmas card and if there is a ‘winner’ voucher inside, exchange this with the Street Stars to receive one thank you gift from the prize list below. Street Star timings at St Davids will be online on capitalfm.com for people to make their donations. The Toy Appeal will only accept newly purchased products which are sealed or with labels still attached.

Eligibility

Entrants must be 18 or over unless accompanied by an adult

Entrant must live in the CF or NP postal area

Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

One Capital Christmas Card per person per day on donation of a gift with the perceived value of £5 or more.
