CELTIC MANOR POLO – CAPITAL FM SOUTH WALES – JUNE 2018

RULES

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Communicorp UK ("Communicorp UK ") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/ apply to the Celtic Manor Polo radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from the 11th – 15th June 2018 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Capital FM South Wales.

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:

To enter the Competition an Entrant must:

Listen to Capital Breakfast all week and once announced on air, call the studio on 02920 949494 to enter the competition. Lines will be charged at standard network rate.

An entrant will be picked at random from the phonelines and taken to air to play each day. All entrants selected to play on air will be required to talk to the presenter and the conversation may be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Communicorp, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, cannot continue the call for any reason or the phone line is not of a suitable quality for broadcast (at the discretion of the producer) the call may be terminated and another entrant will be selected at random. The winners will be contacted by telephone to discuss their prize once the competition finishes.

Eligibility:

Entrant must be 18 or over

Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

Must live in the CF or NP transmitter area.

Prize:

A pair of tickets in the private gazebo at the Celtic Manor Motorpoint Polo on Saturday 16th June 2018. The prize includes a glass of pimms on arrival, access to private polo gazebo and a share of the Polo picnic box. Tickets will be available to collect on the day from the ticket kiosk on the Polo field under each winners names. Prize must be taken on the day and is not refundable. Any additional food and beverage is available to purchase at winner’s own expense. All food and beverage consumed at the event must be purchased on the grounds, guests are not permitted to bring their own provisions.
