RULES
The following rules (“Rules”) together with Communicorp UK ("Communicorp UK ") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/ apply to Switch Rentals radio competition ("the Competition") which will run each Friday in August – Friday 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th August 2019. The "Radio Station" is Capital FM South Wales.
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

To enter the Competition an Entrant must:
Locate Josh with the Street Stars at Capitals Cardiff Bay Beach each Friday in August take part in the quiz with Josh for a chance to win. Entry opens at 11am each Friday and will close once we have 1 winner.
The winner will contacted by telephone to discuss their prize.
Eligibility:
Entrants must be 18 year or over
Prize winners cannot be employees & officers or agents of Switch Rentals, officers or agents of any person or organisation involved in the running of the competition, and you must not be a family relation of any such person.
Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.
Must live in the CF or NP postal area.
Prize:
Friday 9th August - Montpellier 7KG condenser tumble dryer plus £50 gift card.
Friday 16th August – Candy 7KG 1400 spin speed washing machine incorporating Smart Touch plus £50 gift card.
Friday 23rd August – 49” LG 4K Smart TV which comes with Freeview all your favourite Apps and loaded with all the latest must have features.
Friday 30th August – 65” Cello 4K Smart HDR TV where you can get access to Netflix, SkyGo, Amazon Prime, Now TV and all your favourite Apps.
These prizes are provided by Switch Rentals Limited. No purchase is necessary to enter. No cash or alternative products will be offered or provided. Prizes will be delivered free of charge on a date that is agreed with the prize winner within 30 days of winning. Prizes are subject to availability and Switch Rentals Ltd reserve the right to provide an alternative of equal specification. Subscription charges may be required for some on line and or programming content and Switch Rentals will not be responsible for these charges. By providing these prizes to the winners Switch Rentals are not entering into any ongoing contract for the supply of goods and or services to the prize winner
