MERTHYR CHILLI FESTIVAL – CAPITAL FM SOUTH WALES, JUNE 2022

RULES

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Communicorp UK ("Communicorp UK ") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/ apply to the Merthyr Chilli Festival radio competition ("the Competition") which will run on Saturday 25th June 2022 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Capital FM South Wales.

1. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

3. Catch the Capital Street Stars on Penderyn Square, Merthyr at the Chilli Festival from 10am – 5pm and play the Capital basketball hoop game for a chance to win an instant prize.

Eligibility:

4. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

Prizes: 1 x £5 Merthyr Gift Card to use in selected shops in Merthyr Town Centre
