‘Good Day’ Comp – ODEON. Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions for the Good Day competition on Capital South Wales with Josh & Kally, running each Friday between 4pm and 7pm from 10th June 2022
The following rules (“Rules”) together with Communicorp UK ("Communicorp UK ") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/) apply to the Good Day competition ("the Competition") which will run each Friday between 4pm and 7pm from 20th May 2022 with Josh & Kally. The "Radio Station" is Capital FM South Wales.
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
Details of the Competition:
To enter the Competition an Entrant must:
- Listen to Capital South Wales and TEXT the competition line 83958, starting with the word WALES, when announced on air.
- Entrants will be asked to tell us something good about their day. What is judged as the best and most deserving story will be selected to win and taken to air. The Producer’s decision is final.
- When one text is chosen at random, the Presenters will call the entrant and a call will be recorded to be played out on air.
The winner will receive 3x vouchers to a film of their choice at Odeon, Cardiff Bay.
Voucher must be redeemed at the box office. Voucher cannot be redeemed online or at the ticket machine.
Voucher is not valid on ODEON Luxe and Dine, Gallery, family tickets, premiers, special events or screening or events not open to the public.
Vouchers cannot be used to buy gift cards, food, drink, or any other ODEON good or services.
Vouchers are for your personal use only
Tickets are subject to availability, normal age restrictions and any other relevant standard terms including ODEON’s general admission terms.
All entrants selected to play on air will be required to talk to the presenter and the conversation may be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Communicorp UK, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, cannot continue the call for any reason or the phone line is not of a suitable quality for broadcast (at the discretion of the producer) the call may be terminated, and another entrant will be selected at random.
Game Round/s
Each Friday between 4pm and 7pm from June 10th 2022
The presenters will announce when the lines are open and when they are closed.
Eligibility:
Entrants must be aged 18 years or over
Entrants must live in the CF or NP postal area.
Prize:
3x vouchers to a film of their choice at Odeon, Cardiff Bay.
