RULES

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Communicorp UK ("Communicorp UK ") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/ apply to the Glengettie Tea radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from 6am until 10am on Thursday, 1st March 2018. The "Radio Station" is Capital FM South Wales. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:

To enter the on-air Competition an Entrant must listen to the Breakfast Show on Capital FM on Thursday, 1st March and once they hear the presenter open the lines, call the studio to enter the competition. Two entrants will be picked at random from the pool of entrants each day and brought on air. The entrant who answers the most questions correctly will be deemed the winner. There is one prize to be won.

All Entrants selected to play on air will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and the conversation may be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Communicorp UK, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, cannot continue the call for any reason or the phone line is not of a suitable quality for broadcast (at the discretion of the producer) the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.

Eligibility:

Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.
Entrants must be aged 18 and over.

Prize:

The prize is a weekend break to North Wales which includes an overnight stay in a glamping pod at Surf Snowdonia for four people, a Beginner Surf Lesson at Surf Snowdonia for four, four tickets to Bounce Below and a Rib Ride Adventure on the Menai Strait for four.

The overnight stay for four people at Surf Snowdonia and the Beginner Surf Lesson at Surf Snowdonia is valid until 8th February 2019, but cannot be taken between Monday, 16th July and Sunday, 2nd September 2018. For the Beginner Surf Lesson, participants must be aged over five-years-old and be able to swim 50m.

The four tickets to Bounce Below are valid until 12th February 2019. Pre-booking is recommended. Bounce Below is not suitable for those with weak, injured or previously injured ankles. Children under the age of 18 years will not be permitted to use any activity unless accompanied by a participating adult at all times. The prizes are non-transferrable and no cash alternative is available.
