With a whole host of distances and locations across Wales to choose from, find your challenge in 2019 with one of Run 4 Wales’ world class running events.
Wales’ largest mass participation event returns for 2019 on Sunday 6th October when 25,000 runners will descend on the streets of the Welsh capital to take on 13.1 miles.
The route is flat and fast, with an iconic site at every turn – favoured by beginners and some of the world’s top elite athletes. With landmarks like the Principality Stadium, Cardiff Castle and Wales Millennium Centre and the scenery of Penarth, Cardiff Bay, and Roath Lake – it’s no wonder this race is on the bucket list of runners throughout Wales, the UK and the world.
Don’t delay if you want to get involved, the popular race, which is the UK’s 2nd largest half marathon sells out every year and this edition is expected to fill up by early 2019.
Entries start from just £32 and include a finishers t-shirt, medal, chip timing, access to a smartphone tracker app, energy stations and entertainment along the route!
The weekend also incorporates the Cardiff University Festival of Running which kicks off the weekend’s proceedings on Saturday 5th October, offering a number of races including Wales’ largest Family Fun Run.
