The 18-year-old was attending a special event featuring the ‘Made in Chelsea’ star Ollie Proudlock.
During that event she was dancing when she was sexually assaulted by a man. She ran away toward the toilets and was followed by the man who attempted to assault her again but left when an unknown woman shouted intervened.
The incident happened some time between 1.30am and 2am on Monday 21 April.
The offender is described as white, approximately five feet eleven inches tall and of muscular build. He had short dark hair which was spiky on the top, stubble on his face and a tanned complexion.
He was wearing a blue shirt, dark jeans, a silver neck chain and a stud earing.
Detective Constable Will Burnett, of Bournemouth CID, said:
“This was an extremely distressing incident for the victim and it left her feeling very unwell.
“She immediately alerted staff at the club who looked after her and made every effort to locate the offender, however, he could not be identified.
“Someone may have noticed the victim, who was wearing a black knee length floaty skirt with a white top, when she was with the man and not realised that something was untoward. Please come forward if you remember anything that may help the investigation.
“I also am keen to speak to the woman who intervened when the offender was with the victim near the toilets."
