Three Teenagers Arrested In Portsmouth
Three arrested after moped stolen in Portsmouth Police are continuing to investigate the theft of a moped in Portsmouth after three teenagers were arrested.
Officers were called to Stamshaw Park in North End at around 2am on Thursday, August 16 after a moped was set on fire and left on a pathway.
The moped, a 125cc black and silver Cagiva Planet, had been reported stolen recently from Lomond Close.
Investigating officer Detective Constable Pete Bambury said:
"I am hoping that someone may have been in the park that night and saw who set fire to the moped. I am also appealing for witnesses who may have seen the moped being driven or pushed around the Stamshaw area of Portsmouth in the early hours."

A 19-year-old man, 18-year-old man and a 17-year-old boy from Portsmouth were all arrested on August 16, questioned and bailed until September 13, 2012 pending further enquiries.
