Teenager Dies 12 Days After Being Hit By Car
A 14-year-old girl has died 12 days after being hit by a car on London Road in Basingstoke.
The teenager, from Basingstoke, was walking to school on February 9th when she was knocked down by a Volkswagen Passat.
She sustained multiple fractures and serious head injuries and was taken to John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxfordshire by Surrey Air Ambulance.
She died on the evening of February 21st with her family at her side.
