Saints Striker Cleared Of Assault
A court's cleared Southampton footballer Lee Barnard of glassing a man in a city centre bar.
The striker had always denied the assault charge - a man was found unconscious with serious injuries to his face outside the White House back in October 2010.
A jury at Salisbury Crown Court took about an hour to find him not guilty.
The striker will now be able to rejoin his teammates as they try to secure promotion to the Premier League.
