23 people have had to be rescued after the ferry they were on crashed in to Hythe Pier.
No one was hurt in the crash which happened at around 9:20pm on Friday night.
The Coastguard says there weren't any serious injuries.
Lifeboat crews, along with the ambulance, police and fire service were involved in the rescue along with the Southampton Vessel Traffic Services.
The Wheelhouse has been seriously damaged and the incident has been reported to the Marine Accident Investigation Branch.
