Gun Scare On Isle Of Wight

A man's been arrested by armed police after reports someone was seen with a hand gun on the Isle of Wight.

A 66 year old was pulled over in Ryde on Sunday August 14th 2011. Officers later found an airgun that looked like a military weapon.

Police say he's being held on suspicion of possessing firearm in a public place without lawful authority or reasonable excuse.
