Father And Son Attacked In Southampton

Police in Southampton are appealing for witnesses after a 48-year-old man and his 23-year-old son were attacked as they walked home after a night out.

The pair were walking along Crabwood Road, Millbrook at around 12:50am on Sunday, October 23, when two men came up to them and punched them several times.

The assault left the 48-year-old with a fractured jaw, possible fractures to his neck and a fractured eye socket.

The younger man was left with severe bruising around one of his eyes.

It’s believed to be an unprovoked attack and they victims don’t know who it was who attacked them

They describe the attackers as: Both with skin head style haircuts and white. One was 6 ft tall and of athletic build. The other is said to be shorter than the other man and also of athletic build.
