Capital Speaks To New Police Chief

The new chief constable for Hampshire Police has been telling Capital about his top priorities for policing here.

Andy Marsh - who was the county's former deputy chief constable - started his new role on Monday and says he will be focusing on reducing anti-social behaviour, putting victims first and cutting re-offending rates.

He is also getting to grips with social media and already has more than 800 followers after joining Twitter this week.
