Cannabis Plants Seized In Southsea

Police have seized dozens of cannabis plants from a house in Southsea..

Around 35 plants were found in a house in Edmund Road yesterday (October 1st) along with special lighting and other equipment. It's after five officers from the Southsea Central and St. Judes Safer Neighbourhoods team executed a drugs warrant. 

An investigation is now continuing and no one has been arrested yet. 

Hampshire Police say Local Safer Neighbourhoods teams maintain an active presence in every neighbourhood to try and prevent the supply and use of illegal drugs.
