TRNSMT TUESDAYS

9th, 16th, 23rd & 30th May 2023



RULES

1.     The following rules (“Rules”) together with Communicorp UK ("Communicorp UK ") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at [CAPITALFM.COM] apply to [TRNSMT TUESDAYS] ("the Competition") which will run on [9th, 16th, 23rd & 30th MAY] (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is [CAPITAL]. 

2.     Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available online and on request from the Radio Station website. 

Details of the Competition:

3.     To enter the competition an entrant must listen to [CAPITAL], between [4PM – 7PM], and  [MECHANIC i.e. correctly answer the question asked via text / or phone].  

4.     An entry will be selected at random and notified via phone call. If the entrant fails to answer two calls from Communicorp UK, we reserve the right to select another entrant at random as the winner.  

Eligibility: 

5.     Entry is restricted to people aged 18 or older.  

6.     Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.  

7.     Entrants must reside within one of the following postcode districts: EH, FK, G, KY, ML, PA 

Prize: 

8.     Winner will win [4 x GA weekend tickets each week for TRNSMT @ Glasgow Green (7th – 9th July 2023)]  

9.     Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.  

10.  Prize will be provided within 30 days, unless prize is date specific i.e. event tickets which may be provided closer to the date of the event. 

11.  Any other costs and expenses which are not specifically included in the prize description are excluded and will be the sole responsibility of the winner.  By way of example, without limitation, travel is not included within the prize.
