RULES

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Communicorp UK ("Communicorp UK ") general and competition termsand conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at [CAPITALFM.COM] apply to [TICKETS 2 TRNSMT]  ("the Competition") which will run on [27/05/25 until 30/05/25] (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is [Capital Scotland]

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available online and on request from the Radio Station website.

 

Details of the Competition: 

To enter the competition an entrant must listen to Capital Scotland, between 7am and 10am.

The presenters will reveal a ‘cue to call’ track which must play in full. 


When the specific song plays in full, entrants will have the length of the song to enter. To enter, you must call 03452 777 106 before the song ends. 


Lines will be closed when the song ends. A winner will be chosen at random. There will be one round per day in total. 


Producers decision is final.


 

Eligibility:

Entry is restricted to people aged 18 or older. 

Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed. 

Entrants must reside within one of the following postcode districts: EH, FK, G, KY, ML, PA, KA

 

Prize:

Each winner will win a pair of General Admission weekend tickets to TRNSMT 2025 at Glasgow Green. 

Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 

Prize will be provided within 30 days, unless prize is date specific i.e. event tickets which may be provided closer to the date of the event.

Any other costs and expenses which are not specifically included in the prize description are excluded and will be the sole responsibility of the winner.  By way of example, without limitation, travel is not included within the prize.

 

Contact:  

The winner will be contacted by a member of the Capital Scotland radio team before 03/06/25 with further instructions about prize redemption. As the prize is for an event later in the year, it is likely the entrant will be provided the prize nearer to that date.
