RULES

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Communicorp UK ("Communicorp UK ") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/ apply to ‘Soul Food Kitchen’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from 14/01/19 - 20/01/19 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Capital Scotland

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

One winner will be selected at random from all correct entries

Eligibility:

5. 18’s and over only
6. Employees or family of employees of Soul Food Kitchen are not eligible

Prize

· 3-course meal for 2 at Soul Food Kitchen with a bottle of wine to share.
· Two free spaces on one of the Soul Food Kitchen workshops – winner can choose from any of Soul Food Kitchens workshops over 12 months, subject to availability at the time of booking.
· A weekend (2 night) stay for 2 people at The Argyll Hotel in their stunning four poster bed room which will also include breakfast on both mornings.
