RULES

1. The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/ apply to ‘SSE Reward Lewis Capaldi Ticket Give Away’ competition ("the Competition") which will run from 14th – 28th February (“the Duration”).

2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:

3. To enter the Competition an entrant must text LEWIS (KEYWORD) to 83958 for the chance to come to air to play.

3.1 Announcement will be made in Capital Drive when text lines open and close.

3.2 Two contestants will be selected by text and brought to air for the initial competition round on Monday 17th February. The winner will then compete the following day.

3.3 One new contestant will be selected from text to come to air to compete in a winner stays on quiz each day thereafter (18th – 28th February).

3.4 The winner will be the person who is in control of play on the final day, Friday 28th February.

3.5 A contestant is only eligible to play once during the competition term.

3.6 Producers decision is final.

Prize:

1. The Promoter is SSE. SSE is a trading names of OVO (S) Electricity Limited The registered office of OVO (S) Electricity Limited is 1 Rivergate, Temple Quay, Bristol, BS1 6ED . Registered in England & Wales No. 04094263. OVO (S) Electricity Limited is an official sponsor of The SSE Arena, Wembley.

2. The prize draw is not open to anyone directly connected with this prize draw.

3. Entry into this prize draw is deemed to be acceptance of these rules.

4. No matter the number of entries made by an individual, only one entry into the prize draw will be accepted.

5. Prize details;

1. A pair of SSE Suite tickets at Lewis Capaldi (Artist) show at The SSE Hydro on Thursday 5th March 2020, and
2. Travel for 2 (two) people within the United Kingdom up to the value of £200 per person, and
3. Overnight accommodation for 2 (two) people up to the value of £100 per person, travel and accommodation to be booked by SSE, and
4. Access to view up to 20 minutes of the Artists soundcheck at the event, and
5. A signed piece of merchandise from the Artist.
6. 1 (one) prize winner will win the prize as detailed above, this will be determined through the ‘winner stays on’ competition in Capital Drive from 17th – 28th February.
7. The prize will be delivered during the week of the event date.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an equivalent prize without notice.
9. No purchase is necessary.
10. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. No part or parts of the prize may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions. The prize must not be sold on or transferred to another party. It will become void if so and entry to the venue will be refused.
11. The winners may be required to participate in publicity.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or terminate the prize draw without prior notice.
13. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. The Promoter accepts no liability for lost entries. The Promoter and their agents accept no responsibility for difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to this prize draw, including any technical, hardware or software failures of any kind or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit or prohibit an eligible entrant’s ability to participate in the prize draw.
15. Tickets are personal revocable licences and shall at all times remain the property of the Promoter. If a ticket is re-sold, transferred or advertised whether or not for profit, commercial gain or in the course of business by anyone other than the Promoter, or an authorised sub-agent, it will be void and the ticket holder will be refused entry to, or ejected from, the venue without refund.
16. The winners and their guest must act within the framework of acceptable and proper behaviour during the course of the prize and comply with all rules and regulations laid down by those providing the elements of the prizes, including without limitation the ticket conditions.
17. All other incidentals associated with the event will be the responsibility of the winners and guests to arrange and not down to the responsibility of the Promoter.
18. Overnight accommodation for two people up to the value of £100 per person (£200 total). This will be close to The SSE Hydro and will be booked and prepaid by SSE.
19. Return travel for two people up to the value of £200 per person (£400 total). Train travel is preferred option and will be booked and pre-paid by SSE.
20. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no liability for any loss, damage and/or personal injury suffered by the winner(s) or any guests chosen to participate with the winner in the prize as a result of their participation in the prize draw and/or arising out of the winner's enjoyment of the prize.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any entries at its complete discretion, including those entries which the Promoter believes to be fraudulent, or based on misconduct.
22. By entering the competition, the prize winners (and their guests) recognise that the Promoter may ask permission to film and photograph them at the event, to participate in reasonable promotional activity including publicity or interviews. The prize winners (and their guests) waive any and all rights to examine or approve the advertising and promotional material that may be used by the Promoter. The prize winners (and their guests) will be asked to give consent for their names, images or other likeness (without any compensation or further obligation) to be used in any manner and in any medium for advertising, marketing, public relations or other promotional purposes in connection with SSE Reward, except where prohibited by law. The prize winners can opt out of any promotional activity by the Promoter by notifying the Promoter at any time.
23. By entering these prize draws, entrants agree to the personal data they supply being used by the Promoter to administer the prizes and for associated marketing and public relations material as set out in clause 18.
24. This prize draw and these terms are governed by Scots law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Scots Courts.
25. Prize results and the name and county of major prize winners will be available after 19:00 (GMT) on 28 February 2020 by sending a stamped addressed envelope to: Sponsorship, SSE, Waterloo Street, Glasgow, G2 6AY
