Lewis Capaldi Comeback Comepetition

RULES

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Communicorp UK ("Communicorp UK ") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at CAPITALFM.COM apply to LEWIS CAPALDI COMPETITION ("the Competition") which will run on 30/06/25 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Capital Scotland.

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available online and on request from the Radio Station website.

Details of the Competition: 

To enter the competition an entrant must listen to Capital Scotland, between 9am and 7pm.

When directed by the presenters, entrants will need to text the keyword LEWIS to 83958.  Text lines will close after 5 minutes.  In each round, one entrant will be selected at random as the winner. 

If: (i) you fail to answer the phone; (ii) someone else answers the phone; (iii) the call goes to voicemail; (iv) the call becomes disconnected; (v) you are not (or do not seem to us to be) in a position to safely and/or lawfully take or remain on the call (for example, if you are or seem to be driving), or (vi) you are not audible or intelligible or we are not able to conduct a conversation with you in a manner that is suitable for broadcast for any reason beyond our control (including, but not limited to: low/no signal on your device, a call is dropped by any network, you are travelling, there is too much background noise or feedback, etc.); before or during the Promotion, you may be disqualified and we reserve the right to select another entrant to participate in the Promotion and/or withdraw the prize from you and select another winner, as applicable.

Eligibility:

Entry is restricted to people aged 18 or older. 

Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed. 

Entrants must reside within one of the following postcode districts: EH, FK, G, KY, ML, PA, KA

Prize:

In each round (of five rounds), one winner will win a pair of tickets to see Lewis Capaldi at OVO Hydro Glasgow on Saturday 13th September 2025.

Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 

Prize will be provided within 30 days, unless the prize is date specific i.e. event tickets which may be provided closer to the date of the event.

Any other costs and expenses which are not specifically included in the prize description are excluded and will be the sole responsibility of the winner.  By way of example, without limitation, travel is not included within the prize.

For avoidance of doubt, a meet and greet with the artist and hospitality ARE NOT included in this prize.
