Terms & Conditions
The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at CapitalFM.com (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Communicorp UK (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to Capital Scotland’s Bongo’s Bingo competition (the “Competition") which will run on Capital Scotland from 14th July 2023 between 4pm & 7pm
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition
Listeners will be prompted to phone the competition line when instructed by the presenter. The presenter will announce on air when the lines have been closed. 1 winner will be selected at random to try and win 6 tickets to Bongo’s Bingo - at the discretion of the Bongo’s Bingo team. The caller who makes it to air will be given 3 clues about a Capital artist & will shout Bingo when they hear that artist played from a short montage of songs. If the caller shouts bingo on the correct artist (Producer’s discretion) then they win. The winners will be required to talk to the presenter/s and a call recorded with the presenter/s may be played on-air. If the random entrant is not able to speak or is not fit for broadcast, we reserve the right to select an alternative entrant. Unsuccessful entrants will not be contacted.
Eligibility
Entrants must be over 18 years of age.
Entrants must live or work within one of the following postcodes: EH, FK, G, KY, ML, PA
All members of party must be 18 of over in guidance with Bongo’s Bingo rules
Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
Prize
During one round between 4pm and 7pm, 1 randomly selected winner will receive the following prize.
- 6x tickets into Bongo’s Bingo on a date and venue of the winner’s choosing.
Winners and their guests will need to provide proof of age on entry and Bongo’s Bingo reserve the right to refuse entry per their own guidance.
Venue age restrictions: 18+
The prize does not include food, drink, or transport.
All prizes are subject to availability. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. Communicorp UK reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
