The pensioner was walking along Carron Road in Falkirk, near to the bus stop outside Matalan, between 1.30pm and 2.30pm on Thursday June 9 when the two teenagers approached her.
They assaulted her and tried to grab her handbag, but they were disturbed by two passers-by and ran away.
