Other Scots In UK Urged To Speak Up

Scots living in other parts of the UK should speak up in the independence debate, the Scottish Secretary has said.

People from England, Northern Ireland and Wales should also give their views before the referendum in autumn 2014, Michael Moore said. 

Only people who live in Scotland and who are registered to vote will be able to vote.
