Ministers Meet Over Youth Unemployment

Ministers from Holyrood and London are meeting in Scotland today to talk about getting young people into jobs.

Scotland's youth employment minister Angela Constance will be there, as well as the UK government work and pensions secretary Iain Duncan Smith.

It comes a day after we found out 103 thousand scots aged between 16 and 24 are out of work.

There was some light relief for those out of work this morning though.

People who've been claiming job seekers allowance for more than 3 months can claim discounts on rail fares from next month.
