Hearts Saved...For Now

Hearts have managed to avoid the immediate threat of liquidation.

They've been granted an extension to pay a tax bill. 

Revenue and Customs had been demanding around £450,000 by Thursday. 

The club will now pay the money in two payments, with a final settlement date of December the 3rd. 

A number of first team players have agreed to defer their November wages to a later date.
