Rules
1. The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at and http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/ apply to the Cineworld Middlesbrough Competition ("the Competition") which will run on Capital North East from Monday 3rd September 2018 to Sunday 16th September 2018 on Capital North East).
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.capitalfm.com/ and register their details. Online entry will open at 00:01 on Monday 3rd September and close at 23:59 on Sunday 16th of September 2018.
4. Entrants need to answer a multiple choice question for their chance to win.
5. Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries to the competition.
6. Winners will be selected and contacted via phone on 17th September 2018
Eligibility:
7. Entrants must 18 years of age or over.
8. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
Prize:
9. One winner will receive two 12 month subscriptions to Cineworld’s Unlimited Card membership scheme (find out more about Unlimited at www.cineworld.co.uk/unlimited) and four 4DX Tickets which can be used to book tickets online to watch a 4DX movie at participating Cineworld Cinemas.
10. Cineworld will send the winner -
(i) two unique codes for the Unlimited membership which can be redeemed for two West End Unlimited memberships online at www.unlimitedcineworld.com . Full terms and conditions for the Unlimited card membership scheme can be found at www.cineworld.co.uk/terms/unlimited-card; and
(ii) 4 unique codes each of which can be redeemed for one 4DX ticket on the Cineworld website at www.cineworld.co.uk
11. Unlimited codes and 4DX codes will be valid for 3 months from date of issue, one use each. 4DX is not available at all Cineworld Cinemas and is not suitable for everyone so please check Cineworld’s terms and conditions and safety guidelines at www.cineworld.co.uk/terms/in-cinema#4dx-safety-warning-and-guidelines.
12. Further details in relation to the prize, relevant terms and use of the codes will be notified to the winner on delivery of the codes. Cineworld Cinema’s website terms of use and general terms of entry apply to use of the codes and cinema tickets, available at www.cineworld.co.uk/terms
13. The codes are not transferable and may not be re-sold. No cash alternative will be provided.
14. Winner’s personal data will be processed by Cineworld Cinemas Limited for the purposes of delivering and providing the prizes and otherwise in accordance with Cineworld’s Privacy Policy available at www.cineworld.co.uk/terms/privacy-policy-and-cookies.
15.Food and Drinks are not included within this prize, however can be purchased at the venue.
16. Travel to and from venue is not included.
17. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
