A woman who allegedly shouted ``bang bang'' at PC David Rathband, who was shot by Raoul Moat, has been charged with disorderly conduct.
22 year old Kelsey Donkin from Sunderland is also said to have made a gun gesture behind the blind officer's back as he attended the trial of two of Moat's accomplices.
She will appear before Newcastle Magistrates' Court later this month.
PC Rathband was shot twice by Moat as he sat unarmed in his patrol car, and has been told he will never regain his sight.
Donkin was attending Newcastle Crown Court last month to support a friend in another case when she was allegedly seen by a Family Liaison Officer who was accompanying Pc Rathband.
