If you've ever fancied smelling like a kebab (and let's face it, who hasn't?!) the cast of Geordie Shore have come up with just the thing!
The cast have joined the likes of Britney and Beyonce to make their own fragrance.
L'eau De Geordie is the first perfume to be made with a hint of kebab.
It all started off as a bit of a joke to promote the new series of the show on MTV, but so many fans got in touch to find out where they could buy it from that it's become the real thing.
The cast shot a spoof ‘L’eau De Geordie’ perfume ad to mark the second series of the show, and MTV was inundated with enquiries from fans of the show eager to find out when the perfume would hit the shelves.
Rising to this unlikely challenge, MTV rushed the Geordies into one of the country’s leading perfumeries to create the meaty scent.
The cast worked with fragrance consultants in order to accurately emulate the aroma of a Doner kebab from Ameen’s takeaway in Newcastle; the cast’s destination of choice after a night out on the Toon.

Managing Director at The Perfume Studio, Robin Taylor commented on the process of developing the fragrance:
“This is the first time we’ve been asked to work with a client on such a niche fragrance but we can’t resist a challenge. Although the finished product is reminiscent of a Doner kebab, surprisingly the smell is delicate and fresh"
MTV UK - who are keen to launch the fragrance in time for Valentine’s Day - have already been approached by potential retailers regarding the possibility of ranging the perfume in store. Bottles of the perfume are expected to retail at around £10.00.
Rebecca Walker, one of the newest members of the cast commented:
“I had no idea that the line “ooh, I could murder a kebab” would lead to all this; famous last words I guess. We have joined the ranks of Beyonce and Britney who have their own perfume, so it feels like we’ve really made it.”
The first episode of the second series will hit screens on Tuesday January 31st at 10pm on MTV Channel 126.
