The largest employer in Northumberland are once again supporting the 100 Days Apprenticeship Challenge.
In 2013, 146 apprentices were employed in various services across the Northumberland County Council - who pride themselves on being a strong advocate of Apprenticeships.
The Employability and Skills Service within Northumberland County Council works with employers across Northumberland to provide information, funding and signposting services to support the recruitment of apprentices.
The Service also supports schools with staff attending careers events to give information and guidance to students on how to apply for Apprenticeships and the opportunities in Northumberland.
This year Northumberland County Council, through the Employability and Skills Service and Northumberland Adult Learning Service, is supporting the 100 Day Apprenticeship Challenge again and expects it to be as big a success as last year.
