The dad of Seaham teenager Megan Bell, who died at T in the Park, wants the age limit for people going to music festivals to be raised to 21.
17 year old Megan, died at the Scottish festival last month.
It's still not clear how she died, but her dad Chris says he doesn't think anyone under the age of 21 should be able to go to music festivals without an adult.
He says that drink and drugs are too readily available for young and impressionable teenagers and if they get into the wrong hands, then other parents will have to go through what he and his family have since losing Megan.
He's been speaking to Capital's reporter Martin Lindsay about the moment he found out she wasn't coming home from the festival
Chris has also spoken to Martin about why he's now set up a petition calling on all young people under 21 to have to be accompanied by an adult when going to music festivals
