If you’ve always wanted to run the Great North Run - Capital's charity, Global’s Make Some Noise has guaranteed places and we’d love for you to join our team.

We’re looking for runners to join Team Make Some Noise and help us continue our work changing young lives across right here in the North East and around the UK. We’re raising money and giving a voice to small projects up and down the country which struggle to get heard.

This unique 13.1 mile route takes runners through Newcastle city centre towards the River Tyne where thousands of people will cross over the iconic Tyne Bridge, where if you're lucky, you might get a glimpse of the Red Arrows passing overhead before heading through Gateshead and then onto the final stretch in South Shields where you’ll hear the crowds getting louder as they cheer you on past the final mile along the sea front to the finish!

If your application to join Team Make Some Noise is successful, we’ll ask you to pay a non-refundable registration fee of £50 and commit to raising a minimum of £350 in sponsorship.
