7. What happened to Justin in 13 Reasons Why season 4?
In episode 1, Justin arrives back from rehab and aims to stay sober, go to meetings and get healthy. However, after hearing news that his mother had died, he relapses. It’s then revealed that Justin had been HIV positive for a while, and that had now progressed into AIDS. In the final episode, Justin dies, surrounded by friends and family, after contracting pneumonia and meningitis. His funeral was the one that had been shown every episode.
