In an interview with Teen Vogue, Gia Kim and Sang Heon Lee's XO, Kitty co-star Minyeong Choi let slip that Gia and Sang Heon are sibilings. Minyeong told Teen Vogue that Sang Heon asked if he could add his sister to their cast group chat at the start of filming. Minyeong said: "I was like, 'What?' Of course, I want to meet my cast's family too, but not on the first day and not in our first meeting. [Then] Sang Heon was like, 'Oh, actually, she's playing Yuri.' And then I was like, 'What?!'"
