Kim Kardashian’s bodyguard is being sued for $6.1m (£4.7m) by her insurance company over her Paris robbery.
AIG, who paid for the cost of the jewellery stolen in the incident, claims Pascal Duvier “negligently” protected the mum-of-three’s private apartment.
The security guard left her in the room alone to accompany her sisters Courtney and Kendall to a nightclub back in October 2016.
According to TMZ, the lawsuit also alleges there were ‘numerous security breaches’ including a missing or broken lock and a broken intercom system.
The KUWTK star was tied up by five robbers, dressed as police officers, and held at gunpoint during Paris Fashion Week.
Speaking about the horrifying incident at the time, Kardashian said: "They grabbed me and took me into the hallway.
"They tied me up with plastic cables and taped my hands, then they put tape over my mouth and my legs."
