RULES

1. The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/ apply to ‘Busting Blue Monday’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run on 21^st January 2013 (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is 102 Capital FM.

2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:

1. To enter the on-air Competition an Entrant must text ‘BAG’ to 83958, (texts will be charged at standard rate), during The Rob Ellis Show (6am to 10am) or Sally Hudson (4pm to 7pm) once the prize has been offered on air. Any prizes offered by the Capital FM Street Stars between 10am and 4pm will be given away by passwords revealed on social channels (Facebook: facebook.com/TheRobEllisShow and Twitter: @TheRobEllisShow)

2.  On air prize winners will be selected at random. Street Star winners will be allocated on a first come basis.

3. Certain prizes are date specific and cannot be changed.

Eligibility:

1. Entrants must be over 18 and be able to make their own travel arrangements to events.

Prize:

Prizes are subject to availability depending on the supplier and are non-refundable or exchangeable.
