Woman Charged With Stockport Burns Murder

A woman has been charged with murder after the death of a man who was found with severe burns in Greater Manchester.

43 year old Helen Green of Carlingford Close was charged and has been remanded into custody and will appear at Manchester Crown Court tomorrow (Tuesday).

41 year old Robert Mcalees was found burning on the street in Adswood, Stockport, on Friday night.

He had suffered 90% burns and was taken to a specialist unit at Wythenshawe Hospital. He died later from his injuries.
