Detectives investigating the rape of a woman in Manchester city centre have released an E-fit of a man they want to speak to.
The victim, aged 31, was on Abingdon Street when she was approached by her attacker at about 1.45am on Wednesday 15 September 2010. He started to talk to the woman before dragging her to some nearby steps where he raped her.
The offender, described as black, 5ft 8in tall, of big build with high cheek bones and wearing a dark coloured denim jacket, walked off towards Princess Street.
Police have now released an E-fit of the man they want to speak to and are appealing to anyone with information to come forward.
