Police say they've no idea where Manchester mum Kimberley Brown is, on the 1st anniversary of the 39-year-old's disappearance.

The mother-of-six was last seen leaving her home on Birchfields Road, Longsight, on July 26th 2012.

She had never been missing before.

Detective Chief Inspector Colin Larkin said: "Not knowing where Kimberley is has obviously been upsetting and worrying for her family, with whom we are in regular contact.

"Kimberley has met with some difficulties in her life and she may have decided to completely distance herself from her family and friends, but we cannot rule out she may have had an accident or come to some harm.

"I am asking for the public's help and ask that you look at this new picture and think hard if you know her or have seen her since last July, or if you have information on her disappearance or whereabouts and I ask you to contact us even if you think the information is insignificant.

Anyone with information should call police on 0161 856 4265, the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111, or the independent charity Missing People on 116 000.
