Man dies from stab wound In South Manchester
A man found dead in Wythenshawe died from a single stab wound.
A post mortem has revealed 32-year-old Christopher McFarlan died from a single stab wound to the chest in south Manchester.
Officers forced their way into the house on Tayfield Road in Woodhouse Park, Wythenshawe, after reports of men arguing on Sunday.
A tribute page has been set up on Facebook, with firends a relatives leaving emetional tributes.
Leesha Williams said: "should of never happened to you! heart of gold you had chris! will always love my uncle, rest in peace! i love you always"
Gaynor Heaton, said: "so so shocked... heartbroken. rip my beautiful nephew x"
Chief Superintendent Rob Potts from Greater Manchester Police's South Manchester Division said: "Police patrols are currently in the area to provide reassurance to the community and I would urge them to speak to their local officer should they have any concerns."
