RULES

1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘The Learning Foundry – Online Competition’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Monday 12th August 2019 to Sunday 25th August 2019 on Capital Liverpool (the “Radio Station”).

2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

Details of the Competition:

3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.capitalfm.com and register their details. Online entry will open at 00:01 on Monday 12th August 2019 and close at 23:59 on Sunday 25th August 2019.

4. Entrants will be required to answer a multiple-choice competition question correctly for the chance to win.

5. All of the correct and eligible entrants will be pooled and one will be selected at random to win the prize. The winner will be contacted up to 28 days after selection.

Eligibility:

6. Entrants must be 16 or over. All entrants under 18 must have the permission of a parent or guardian aged 18 or over.

7. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize

8. One winner will receive the prize of £250.

9. The prize will be in the form of a cheque and will be delivered to the winner by post within 28 days of the competition execution.

10. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
