13 Trends We Don't Want To See At London Fashion Week 2014
With one of the most important weeks in fashion now upon us, it's all about the clothes this week. But here are a few fashion trends we desperately want to stay well and truly in the past and away from the catwalk.

1. Tracksuits With Heels
At last we're embracing a fashion that's practical- tracksuits! However as popular as they're becoming, there's no need to team them with a pair of heels. These are two juxtaposing looks that should never be combined.
-
2. Ugg Boots
As comfy as they may be, Ugg boots should be confined to the comforts of your home and not worn in public. Although they were once an imperative piece of footwear for all our fashionistas out there, they are really no more than a glorified slipper. Uggly!
-
3. Shell Suits
Yep, most of us owned one, but it should never have been acceptable to wear a shiny tracksuit as part of our every day attire. Voted one of the worst fashion crimes of the last decade, let's hope this travesty never makes a comeback!
-
4. Teeth Grillz
Made famous by Hip Hop artists, recently we 've seen a host of celebs like Miley Cyrus, Rihanna and Kanye West flashing these teeth jewels- but it's a trend that we simply cannot get on board! What are your views?
-
5. Sheer Body Suits
The 'Slave For You' singer first made nude diamond encrusted body suits famous in her 'Toxic' video. Since then we've seen stars like Lady Gaga and Katy Perry follow in her footsteps. Although it's one of Britney's most renowned fashion choices, we're hoping the flashing of one's flesh is kept to a minimum! Picture: Splash

6. Multi-Coloured Hair
Maybe it's a good thing having hair that resembles Pick n Mix, as sported by the 'Tik Tok' singer?! But putting an outfit together that doesn't clash with your hair is going to be a challenge! Picture: Splash
-
7. Meat
The 'Marry The Night' singer caused uproar when she wore this meat dress designed by Franc Fernandez to the MTV VMAs in 2010. All fashion statements aside, we certainly don't want a repeat - or any other edible clothes for that matter!
-
8. Onesies
Maybe we're divided on this one - but surely onesies should NEVER be spotted on the red carpet? Alarmingly these giant baby grows are now being worn OUTDOORS! Surely this is the worst fashion faux pas of the last decade? Picture: Rex

9. Double Denim
This iconic 'double-denim' combo would certainly get the Fashion Police sirens ringing. Although stars like Rihanna can rock the 'double-denim' look, we don't really think anyone should risk it - especially when co-ordinating outfits with a partner!
-
10. Leopard Print Overload
Leopard print has been a regular feature on our catwalk for years, and can still look tastful ONLY when applied in measured doses. An overload can run the risk of resembling Pat Butcher!

11. Parachute Trousers
Parachute trousers were made famous in MC Hammer's 'Can't Touch This' video, and unfortunately the trend has held. They're very unflattering, NEVER look fashionable and should be discarded (along with most other 80s styles!)
-
12. Bandanas
Take note Mr Styles: We don't really think a Bandana is necessary unless you have a terrible case of sunburn you need to conceal! Picture: Twitter
-
13. Shutter Glasses
Not only do these serve no actual function, we believe Kanye is the only person who has ever (sort of) pulled this look off. As novel as they are, stick to the real thing and protect your eyes from UV rays with proper sunglasses - they're definitely a more sensible bet!
