Earlier this year the boys excitedly announced their brand new label - and they'll be releasing their own music through the label as well as signing up their own bands! They've already signed their first act too - Hey Violet!
Back in 2008 Jay-Z took his musical dominance to the never level, launch his Roc Nation label and slowly securing some BIG names ranging from Rita Ora and J. Cole to Rihanna and Calvin Harris!
They may only be spry young chaps, but Disclosure are already broadening their horizons away from chart domination to focus on the underground side of dance music through their new label imprint Method White, launched earlier this year. Aside from choosing LITERALLY the best record label name ever, inspired his passion for #GingerPride no doubt, we love that Ed wants to help new acts break into the business through his brand new record label, announced in March this year. He's already got his FIRST signing - singer-songwriter Jamie Lawson!
The boys have yet to decide on a name for their new label venture, after teaming up with EMI/Universal for the project, but they'll be responsible for discovering and developing new musical talent. And you can bet these four chaps have a LOT of advice to give the next breed of superstars.
