When Lord Sugar started watching The X Factor this year, he didn't seem to like the judging capabilities of Tulisa and wasn't afraid to voice his opinion on Twitter. He asked what she had ever done to deserve such an esteemed position and the hot-headed N-Dubz star was quick to point out the flaws in his argument. They have also reignited their feud in recent weeks.
2012 was definably the battle of the boy bands as The Wanted and One Direction went global. Both acts achieved great success in the US and were fantastic champions of British music. Both acts insisted their was no rivalry during the course of the year, as they battled for supremacy across the pond. However, things turned ugly on Twitter towards the end of the year when Zayn Malik and Max George exchanged a few words. After a bit of banter, it soon turned nasty and insults were exchanged. Will 2013 see the lads patching things up and joining forces? Or could the next stop be the boxing ring?

Sometimes though, the paparazzi doesn't know where to stop in their pursuit of the teen and this year we've seen high-speed car chases, reported violence and an incident involving a water bottle. One car chase in fact almost landed one paparazzo in jail and Justin apparently assaulted one photographer out with on/off girlfriend Selena Gomez back in May. Picture: Splash
When it was announced that both stars would be taking up a seat on the judging panel of American Idol, it was inevitable that sparks were to fly. This all came true during auditions in Charlotte, North Carolina as Nicki launched a foul-mouthed tirade at the female diva after apparently growing tired of her attitude and constant jibes. The incident was downplayed by the show's executives and fans can't wait to see the live episodes of the show when it all kicks off in January.
It all began when Madonna slammed the fellow female star's song 'Born This Way' for the similarities to her own hit 'Express Yourself'. The Queen Of Pop also slammed the singer in an interview with ABC News. She has also taken several on-stage swipes at Gaga during her 'MDNA' tour, but seemingly tried to patch things up when she said she "loved" the singer. It also came to light that the 'Bad Romance' singer turned down the chance to perform live on the same outing.
The rapper started dating Millie Mackintosh from Made In Chelsea earlier this year and he didn't take kindly to fellow star of the show Victoria Baker-Harber talking negatively about his girlfriend on an E4 show. He called the reality star a "horse" (among other things) and started a war of words on Twitter. The 'Never Be A Right Time' star was subsequently called a "nasty piece of work" by the female.
Example is one of the most loved and hated men on Twitter and is never too far from a bit of controversy. However, it all went a little overboard back in November when he noticed a lot of abuse came from people in Wigan. This instigated further negativity from the Northern town and a front page headline "Bad Example". He has since apologised for any offense caused and was even offered a tour of the town by the mayor!

The future of N-Dubz has continued to be shadowed in doubt due to the fiery relationship of cousins Dappy and Tulisa. This year has seen the pair share heated exchanges on Twitter with the 'No Regrets' rapper slamming the female star's role on the X Factor with Tulisa equally criticising the content of Dappy's music. The two have also continued to tease plans of a reunion when all three members of the group have finished their solo aspirations. With such a turbulent relationship, fans can expect a reunion either next week or next century.
Everyone was on the edge of their seats when Chris Brown started tweeting about an evening out which left him with a laceration to his face. He also started talking about bottles being thrown around a club and then it emerged the incident was all because of a dispute with fellow rapper Drake. When people started realising that they had both dated Rihanna, everyone quickly put two and two together and suggested the fight started over the Bajan star. Both parties have attempted to downplay the incident and several members of the public were also injured in the brawl. Will 2013 see Chris Brown Vs Drake chapter two or one of the most unlikely collaborations of the year?
The DJ and the 'R.I.P.' singer came to blows on Twitter when it was published that Rita claimed Cheryl Cole's hit single 'Call My Name' was originally intended for herself. They later made up on the social networking site, but the 'Bounce' star told Rita how "disrespectful" he found the remarks.
It was a claim from the So Solid Crew star that came out of the blue as he confessed to being involved in a relationship with the Girls Aloud singer shortly after her marriage breakdown when she was linked to dancer Derek Hough. The pair exchanged words on Twitter, both claiming the other was lying and Harvey eventually claimed they had never been romantically involved stating it was simply a "communication relationship".

Without getting to involved in the torrent of abuse which came her way, Paris simply said she respected the fans' opinions but was not going to be wasting too much of her energy on the tweets.
It was one of the shortest Twitter feuds in history, but all came about when Calvin revealed that he had turned down the chance to perform a remix of one of Mother Monster's songs in the past. This resulted in Gaga attacking the claims calling the DJ's comments completely false. However, Calvin quickly pointed out that the request of his services had come from her management. They soon apologised to one another for the misunderstanding and are open to teaming up in the future.
