As we approach the final stages of The X-Factor 2010 we look at the top 10 'reality' acts.
JLS were runners-up in the fifth series of The X Factor in 2008, coming second to Alexandra Burke. Since then Aston, Marvin, JB, Oritse, they've sold over 1.3 million albums.
'Beat Again' and 'Everybody in Love' both went to number-one and the boys won the awards for British Breakthrough and British Single ("Beat Again") at the 2010 BRIT Awards.
Olly was another runner-up whose come good. Olly finished second to Joe McElderry in last year's X-Factor (2009).
Before he was famous Olly once tried to beat the banker on Deal or No Deal but only walked away £10. In August 2010, Olly released his debut solo single "Please Don't Let Me Go", which went straight to No.1
Wow. Alexandra (Imelda Cecelia Ewan) Burke is here to stay after winning The X-Factor 2008. Alexandra's debut single, "Hallelujah", broke so many records and who will ever forget her performance with Beyonce in The X-Factor final.
Since then Alexandra has enjoyed success with her debut album, Overcome and the singles 'Bad Boys', 'Start Without You' and 'Broken Heels'.
Leona Lewis won the third series of The X-Factor and was the first winner to really make it big. Her debut single "A Moment Like This" became the fastest selling UK single after being downloaded over 50,000 times within thirty minutes of its release
Her second single, "Bleeding Love", reached number one positions in over thirty singles charts around the world and her cover of Snow Patrol's 'Run' set numerous download records.
The group created by the ITV talent show Popstars: The Rivals in 2002. (Whatever happened to the boyband One True Voice?) The group consists of Nadine Coyle, Cheryl Cole, Sarah Harding, Nicola Roberts and Kimberley Walsh. They have been nominated for five BRIT Awards, winning Best Single in 2009 for "The Promise".
The big question is, 'Will the girls ever perform together again?'
Diana Vickers shot to fame on The X-Factor often performing in bare feet and getting the nickname 'The Claw' for her expressive hand gestures.
Diana has gone on to play the title role in the West End production of The Rise and Fall of Little Voice. Her debut single "Once", charted at number one and has sold over 160,000 copies. Vickers' debut album was Songs from the Tainted Cherry Tree.
The latest winner of The X-Factor who enjoyed a No 1 with The Climb but only after being beaten to the Christmas No 1 by Rage Against the Machine.
In The X-Factor final Joe performed Don't Let the Sun Go Down on Me" with George Michael
Lemar finished in third place on the first series of Fame Academy, which was won by David Sneddon.
Since then Lemar has had 7 top ten UK singles and sold over 2 million albums, won two Brit Awards and three Mobo Awards.
The original Pop Idol. Will Young won the title in a nail-biting final against Gareth Gates.
