The Top 10 Highest Paid YouTubers Have Been Revealed & We're SERIOUSLY Questioning Our Life Choices...
Just think of all those hours you've wasted on YouTube... you've *actually* been lining this lot's pockets! With a combined income of over $70MILLION - these 10 channels have absolutely bossed it over the past 12 months.

1. PewDiePie - $15m
It's no surprise that the world's most popular (in terms of subscription numbers at least) raked in the most dough last year. In 2016, Felix Kjellberg added a mighty $15m to his fortune. He's promised to delete his PewDiePie channel when it hits 50 million subscribers (which will happen VERY soon), so his 2017 income might not be as enormous. (Pic: Getty)

2. Roman Atwood - $8m
You might remember Roman's infamous pranks where he convinced his girlfriend he'd killed their 3-year-old son - might sound extreme, but it helped rocket the YouTube star to the silver screen. 2016 saw him star in feature film Natural Born Pranksters and expand his line of merch to include toilet paper (no, seriously...). 3. Lily Singh - $7.5m
Canadian Superwoman and queen of comedy is no stranger to YouTube's trending lists worldwide. Lily originally launched her channel in 2010 as a means to help deal with depression, and it's truly changed her life. (Pic: Getty)

4. Smosh - $7m
Ian Hecox and Daniel Padilla are the definition of hot property. The duo have been producing some of the Internet's funniest videos for over a DECADE, and are now responsible for one of the biggest online video empires around. They were even the first YouTubers to get the waxwork treatment at Madame Tussauds! (Pic: Getty)

5. Tyler Oakley - $6m
9 years after he uploaded his first video, Tyler's become an international sensation and a hero in the LGBT community. As well as entertaining us with his epic videos, he's gone on to help present MTV's Catfish, raise millions of dollars for charity, and he's even written a book! (Pic: Getty)

6. Nerdy Nummies - $6m
While we LOVE Rosanna Pansino's channel, we HATE what it's done to our waistlines! Her unique cakes have helped bring in some sweet, sweet dough in 2016 - $6 million of it! Bizarrely, her Internet fame has led her to TV, where you might have spotted her in Scream Queens, CSI or Parks & Recreation. (Pic: Getty)

7. Markiplier - $5.5m
If 10 years ago you'd have told us that you could make millions of dollars by filming yourself screaming playing scary video games, we'd have dropped out of college and invested in a green screen. Mark Fischbach is second only to PewDiePie in terms of gaming prowess on YouTube, but we can't decide whose Five Nights At Freddy's reactions we laugh at more. (Pic: Getty)

8. German Garmendia - $5.5m
You might not recognise this Chilean YouTuber, but if you habla Español, you will LOVE Hola Soy German! He's YouTube's most successful Spanish language channel, and if our GCSE Spanish skills are anything to go by, he's a cracking comedian. (Pic: Getty)

9. Miranda Sings - $5m
With a decade of hilarious parodies under her high-waisted belt, Miranda Sings is one of the Internet's musical legends (Chocolate Rain, who?). The woman behind the lipstick, Colleen Ballinger, is a *very* savvy business woman. She's managed to take her comedic gold to the silver screen, nabbing her own Netflix Original series. While Miranda might not be the best singer in the world, Colleen actually started her career Off-Broadway and has an INCREDIBLE voice! (Pic: Getty)

10. Good Mythical Morning - $5m
GMM duo Rhett & Link met in first grade (that's Year 1 to us lot), and have been producing comedy gold ever since. Their channel has amassed over 11.5m subscribers, and their food-based challenges are some of the best we've ever seen! (Pic: Getty)
