Chris Martin and Coldplay stole the show when they performed their Vodafone Big Top 40 No.1 'Paradise' on the stage at Wembley Arena during the live final of The X Factor 2011. Coldplay gave every member of the audience a glow band which created a magical effect in the arena. Capital FM fans loved it so much their votes placed it at number ten in our chart of the best gigs of 2011.
Professor Green did a live tour at the start of 2011 and also made an appearance during Emeli Sande's set during the 2011 Jingle Bell Ball at the O2 Arena. The pair also sang 'Read All About It' together at one of The X Factor live final shows. His show impressed Capital FM fans, whose votes placed it at number nine in our chart of the best gigs of the year.
Tinie Tempah's Disc-Overy Tour proved popular with Capital FM fans, who voted it in at eight place in our chart of the best gigs and tours of 2011.
Jessie J dedicated her UK tour to her 'Heartbeats' and in return they voted her show in at number seven in our chart of the top ten gigs of 2011. The 'Price Tag' singer also performed at Capital's Summertime Ball in 2011 as well as headlining the final show of the Jingle Bell Ball at the O2 Arena.
