The singer's #LittleMonsters bagged the 'Born This Way' superstar yet another record, making her the first celebrity to hit the 10 million mark. As of December 2011, her Twitter fanbase had increased to 17 million. In second and third place are Justin Bieber and Katy Perry with 15 million and 12 million followers respectively.
