RULES

1. The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/ apply to ‘Abs with Kebabs 2020’ experiential competition ("the Competition") which will run from 4th – 21st February (“the Duration”).
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an entrant must take part in the Abs with Kebabs plank challenge.
3.1 This must be an official entry, as adjudicated by a Capital Street Star or Anton from Love Island.
3.2 The contestant must hold the plank for 60 seconds or more to be entered into the prize draw for the chance to win £500.
3.3 The Street Stars decision is final.
3.4 The winner will be selected at random on Monday 24th February.
3.5 Entry can be at any location so long as approved by a Capital Street Star.

Eligibility:

3. 16’s and over only
4. Employees or family of employees at The Gym Group or German Doner Kebab will not be qualified to win prizes in this competition.

Prize:

5.£500 – this will be a cheque
