The Christmas Present Opt-Out
It's getting to that time of year where you need to start thinking about christmas presenters for partners, flatmates, parents etc. ... but what if you don't want to get each other presents?! Don't leave yourself susceptible to sulky faces on Christmas Day, make sure you sign out Christmas Present Opt-Out contract today.
We the undersigned parties of this agreement (hereinafter known as "Scrooges"), subject to the reservations and exceptions contained below, agree to abide by the following terms:
- Agree not to, purchase gifts for one and other, for the upcoming festive period - this includes but is not limited to all gifts, presents and stockings,
- Agree not to, complain to or hold it against the other party when these terms are met.
EACH CONDITION, IF SO INDICATED, IS FOR THE BENEFIT OF BOTH PARTIES. UNLESS EACH CONDITION IS WAIVED OR DECLARED FULFILLED BY WRITTEN NOTICE GIVEN BY THE BENEFITTING PARTY TO THE OTHER PARTY ON OR BEFORE DECEMBER 24TH 2012.
